Plus, a Paleo banana bread recipe that, for me, makes any morning brighter!
Paleo Banana Bread Recipe
Need: 1/2 cup honey | 1/4 coconut oil | 1 egg | 1 tsp vanilla extract | 1 medium size ripe banana mashed | 2 tbsp butter melted | 3 cups almond flour | 1 tsp baking soda | 1/2 tsp salt | 1 cup chopped walnuts | few pinches Maldon sea salt flakes
To Do: preheat oven to 330 | butter, foil or place parchment paper in a bread baking dish or 9 by 13 inch dish | blend all ingredients in a food processor – If you like your walnuts in larger chunks, leave these out and add after | Pour batter into baking dish, top with a few walnuts and a few sea salt flakes | bake for 30-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean | may need to cover with foil once outside becomes golden
