Last weekend we packed a bag and a blanket and headed to one of my favorite beaches in San Diego at Scripps Coastal Reserve for a picnic dinner and some surfer watching. Our spread included shrimp & cocktail sauce, manchego cheese, heirloom tomato slices, salami, sliced apple, a cream cheese/blue cheese/black olive/scallion spread, an assortment of olives, our favorite Majestic Garlic dip, Mary's Gone Crackers, and WOW gluten-free peanut butter cookies. To drink we brought red wine spritzers, which was all parts wine and a little extra part raspberry LaCroix. Matt brought his camera along and captured so many amazing shots.
