Vintage Moroccan Rug XVIIMoroccan
[See below for video]
Straight from Morocco, this vintage Boujad rug is a genuine piece of Moroccan history and simply stunning!
Originally woven in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco, this rug is 100% wool with a low pile. This style of rug is known for its warm colors and geometric patterns that reflect the whim of the weaver!
Approximately 6.1 x 10' + an extra 7" with fringe. Note: this rug has an uneven side, so one of it's long sides is not perfectly straight. When styled with that side under a bed, couch, or dining table, the imperfection becomes irrelevant.
It's easy on the eyes and on the feet! You'll want to look at it and lay on it!
This rug is a vintage piece and therefore perfectly imperfect! It has been professionally washed and repaired, however some signs of wear are still present. Embrace these as proof of authenticity, knowing that no one else will ever have the same rug as YOU.
Fun fact: this rug has two sides! The "winter side" – the side with the pile, and "summer side" – the pile-less backside of the rug (which is often just as beautiful as the front) . Feel free to flip it as the seasons change.
We try our very best to depict the truest colors in our photos. We feel that these photos are an excellent representation of the real piece. Please keep in mind the colors of the rug vary slightly in different lights.
