We’re on a mission to spread joy by creating artwork that sparks happiness, fuels connection, exudes positivity, and encourages healing. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll personally work with you to make it right, guided by our Return Policy below.

 

ONLINE RETURNS

If an item arrives damaged, reach out to our customer support team at chat@sistergolden.com within 3 business days of delivery. We aim to replace damaged items for free when photos of the damage are provided and while supplies last.

Online order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order online and only when the shipping label hasn't been created. Reach out to our customer support team at chat@sistergolden.com to cancel an order or initiate a return.

Framed Prints

Framed prints are custom, made-to-order and are non-returnable. If your framed print arrives damaged, we aim to replace it for you.*

Unframed Prints

Returns accepted within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund less the original shipping cost. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

Greeting Cards, Puzzles, Calendars, Books

Returns accepted within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund less the original shipping cost. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

Home & Gift Items

Returns accepted within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund less the original shipping cost. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

Vintage Rugs

Returns for store credit, less the original shipping cost, are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.*

Gift Cards

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned unused in the original packaging and original condition.    

FRAMED PRINTS 

Framed prints are custom pieces that are made to order based on the size, moulding, and other specifications chosen by each collector. For this reason, framed prints are non-returnable. In the unfortunate case that your framed print arrives to you damaged, we aim to replace it for free. 

VINTAGE RUGS

We understand that it’s helpful to actually see a rug in your space before committing to owning it forever. That’s why we offer a unique return policy for our vintage rugs.

  • Vintage rugs may be returned within 5 days of the delivery date for a store credit.
  • The return must be pre-approved via email, chat@sistergolden.com
  • The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer
  • When the rug is received back in its original condition, a gift card for the price of the rug, minus shipping, will be issued to the customer. Gift cards do not expire.
  • Sale rugs are an exception and are final sale.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

We offer store credit within 7 days of purchase in our retail store for most items, exclusions do apply.
